Do I drill balancing holes in the new GM damper to MATCH the one I took out?

They're zero-balanced from the factory, don't mess it up.

I don't have the p/n, it's from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet ordered using my vin.

Tech drilled the matching holes & did not match the weights off the original per the fsm so I think I am screwed.

Will have to check it often & cross fingers.

It really burns my azz to pay $95/hr to a shop who has been "doing it for years" & find out they don't know the procedure.

Sheesh.
