Default EGR Block off plates - headers

I'm about to go through my head/cam/intake, torque converter and gear install. I don't want to put more headers on the car yet. I've gone trough a divorce and getting the funds together has been fun enough. I'll put more headers on the car later but doing away with my EGR stuff with the LS6 intake has raised a question.

Does anyone sell block off plates to go on pacesetters that would cover the EGR connections? I've looked around through the sponsors and can't find them.

If it matters, upcoming mods: MS3, P&P, milled stock heads, LS6 intake, TCI 3600 SSF and Motive 3.73s. Other mods are in the sig.

I wouldn't put any more headers on the car as long as you already have two. Any more will just clutter up the engine bay and you won't see any gains. Hahaha.

Seriously though if you have a cut off wheel bench grinder and drill you can make them quick and cheap. I did until I replaced my headers. Just use a new gasket as the template.
If you just want to buy them I'm not sure but I've seem them from sponsors before.

I had to read it twice to figure out it was a joke too. Then I lol'd.

Guess I should have said, take off the old ones and install new ones.

I think I like the idea of making them. Shouldn't be too hard. Just hadn't thought of it I guess.

Yea I used a heavy enough gauge that I knew it wouldn't warp. Just don't use sheet metal and you'll be alright.

Skip the plates and just cut off the egr/air fitting and get them welded shut. They may eventually break making you remove the header and do this anyway. If not, Speed Inc sells nice ones cheap.

i cut the flange off the fittings and bolted them back on the exhaust with a penny covering the hole.

3 years and 10k miles later, no leaks and no issues. cost me... $0.02 actually.
