What are the differences, if any? I am looking at picking up a 2003 LQ4 from a full size van with 75k on it. I am doing a turbo build and am wondering if the exhaust manifolds are the same. Are there any other differences or concerns I need to worry about?

the manifolds maybe a little different maybe try a part lookup on that to compare the numbers but the actual engine should all be the same!

Thanks man. I was certain the engines are identical but am worried about the exhaust manifolds.

I have a 05 van lq4 the throttle body is cable driven. As far as I know the manifolds are the same.
