Default Passing Emissions in England.. what exhaust system?

So i live in England, and i have to pass emissions in order to get my car out here and drivable. Only issue is, mine is just baffles. My question is, what set up should i go with in order to pass emissions, but still want the loudest, throatiest, deepest sound. i do have long tubes, but don't know what brand. anyone point me in the right direction? thanks.

I'm thinking with the LT's, a catted Y and an SLP LM1 would be about the loudest setup you could go with that would still probably pass emissions.

Thats what I have and its as loud as it gets while still maintaining a deep tone. Once you remove the cats its alot louder but it doesnt have any tone.

i totally missed that, i have a LS1. will that make a difference? what about true duals with high flow cats? bassani exhaust seems to be nasty, but i don't know if it is as loud as i've seen them to be.

Loudmouth 1 is the loudest, Cut outs are a close second id say. True duals will all depend on what mufflers you run. TD's can be really quiet or really loud. The X pipe sounds much different than the Y setup. Sounds more like a vette imo. I actually like the raw sound of the Y pipe on the f bods.

Do you have any idea what "passing emissions" involves in this case?
If it's a sniffer or has a visual inspection your choices are more limited.

True^^^ I doubt LT's would ever pass the sniffer test.
