what is this on the exhaust? What is this part that is circled. Its the part on the passenger side that bolts on and goes to the rubber gromet. What is the part number for this or where can i get one.

It's an exhaust hanger. You can have one made at a local garage with some bent steel rod and welds. I've had one like that on my custom y forever. I don't know how to get a factory replacement.
