Default Air removal question

In the first pic where it says right side air tube, That little wire vac line that goes into the back of the intake. What do I do with it. and do I plug that little outlet in the back of my intake.

I have a 99TA and my air system is different. That little line is still back their attached inside some of that black wire loom, not connected to that little moduale in this pic.
Mine looks like the 2nd pic so that little line vac line is laying right by my opsu.
I hope this makes sense...thanks

yea plug the little outlet, that's what i did!

OK....Should I also plug the little vac line that went to it? Since it's just back their doing nothing now.
