Default Motor Mounts

I hear that alot of people recommend changing the factory motor mounts. What do ya'll recommend? Where did ya'll purchase them from. I am gathering parts because I am about to do a H/C/I upgrade?
Thanks for the advise.

I have Spohn solids and love them. I think I bought them from BYUNSpeed.

i have rubber factory replacments on mine, and ive done two sets of polys on different cars. the poly mounts are kind of a bitch just because you have to cut the factory mount apart. it adds an hour or more to your mod time. i usually try to complete mods on a car in a weekend between doing other things so i would like to find another set of factory mounts to have already cut apart if someone wants to change them out again. anyway to answer your question the poly mounts are cheaper but harder to do but factory mounts are more expensive an easier to change.
