$300+ too high. If you're not comfortable installing the headers, check out the regional sub-forums and find someone reputable who does work on the side in your area ..should be much cheaper than a shop. I've saved a lot of money and made some great friends over the years doing this. The guy who tuned my car in my sig is one for example.

So it's what... don't fell like looking... but 500$ for pacesetter/ypipe 3-400$ labor and dyno.. alittle high but sure.....
MY OPINION...Skip the dyno which you absolutly do not need yet... throw some poly motor mounts which you do need with your header install and get a frost (pcm) tune and you should be under 1330$

The dynotune is kinda useless if all you have is headers...
headers & y pipe = 500-600
dynotune = 3-400
labor = 3-400

Sounds pretty close to me

You'll want a tune to make the most out of your headers because your car will be running rich. It's not absolutely necessary, I didn't get one for 2 years and my car didn't run bad. But I picked up 20rwhp after my dyno tune with just full exhaust. If I could do it again I would have just went mail order because I did H/C later and had to pay for another full tune.

So, you will have the LT's, Y-Pipe, and the Catback? If so, I would for sure go ahead and get the dyno tune, it will definitely be beneficial. Plus, most shops will re-tune it in the future for almost nothing after you get it done the first time.

Are you supplying the headers and Y pipe?

I'd stick with a mail order for now. I wouldn't dynotune personally with just bolt ons. Hawks is a pretty good place. I've met them one time before through a mutual friend and they were really nice people.

headers are really easy to do, only hard part for me was getting the Y pipe to fit perfect so it didnt bang. Which in that case get the hanger with the bump stop i forget who makes it its been so long.
