Searched the forum, can't find my ? on exhaust!
Maybe I missed it or something but couldn't find an answer, any who, I have
P0420 and possibly a P0430 in the future, Wanting to do an entire exhaust system upgrade and get rid of the emission friendly ****, wanting to do a good set of headers, possibly Kooks or BBK, and a O/R Y and dump the bastards in front of rear wheels. Anyone have pics or information on what they did about the 02 sensors and Air Pump I would like to hear your input and ideas. Thanks. 2002 Z28 Camaro.

the front o2's you keep. the rear o2's you dont use anymore and the air pump just pull the fuse for it. after the changes are made you will need to take it in and have a few codes deleted for the rear o2's and air pump.

For the air remove the air motor by four bolts on the drivers side under the drl lights. Then remove all tubing and on the drivers side on the vack of the head undo the one bolt the connects both tubes together and pull it off. Then the air is removed. Then you can delete it via tune or keep it. It will give a ses light but wont hurt anything. For sure get kooks headers. They fit great and flow good. I also have there off road true dual exhaust. Sounds great.

Have a good local tuner tune out the rear o2's and Air pump.
FYI, you can't do it with a hand held tuner, is the except is the older version Diablo tuner, if its software hasn't been updated.
Now as far as the actual air-pump, just remove it.
IMO, I'd also consider ARH for header and y-pipe.
