I bought a car that had a quartermileperformance lid and never really thought of it but when I tried to find one online I can't. I've found several threads where people are looking to buy one but no lids. Did the company that made them go out of business or what?

I've got one and I researched them when I bought it used. I'm not sure but for some reason I remember something about a company name change and some kind of questionable business transactions, but I'm not 100 percent.
