Default Cam shaft choice

I am new to forum, i am mediocre at car repair but i know what im doing when i take something apart. Unlike some, i can put it back together pretty simply. I have a 2000 Z28 with a stock LS1 engine in it. I just got the money to purchase a supercharger (bolt on pro charger) and a cam shaft. Any high experienced want to give me some insight on cam shaft and superchargers? I did some research on it and the numbers are based on the degree of the centerline which makes sense and thats great and all but i would like to know which would be best for my engine. I dont plan to do much for upgrades except these 2 but ive heard the HP going from 350 to almost 500 and in some cases more with the right injectors, intakes etc. I guess what i would want to know is what is your suggestion in size of the lobs for Intake / Exhaust / Separation / centerline for a supercharged engine? Thanks for any input
