Right now my bolt on Z28 has longtubes, ory, and the stock catback with a knock off muffler. It does sound pretty good honestly but I want rid of the tips so I'm going to dump it at the end of the I pipe but I'm curious as to what muffler would sound good but be manageable around cops. The most this car will ever see is a cam. Thanks

You might consider a Borla XR1 in the stock location with a hidden turn-down on the left only. Simple, no clearance issues, good flow, good sound, less smell than dumping at the axle. I like mine.

Another vote for a Borla XR-1. I ran one dumped off the ory and it sounded awesome, and I never had any problems with the police. It was loud inside the car however.

I've actually got a entire hooker system with a e cutout in it but I want rid of the tips and my T/A has dumped true duals and the vibrations and interior noise doesn't bother me. I just want a dumped exhaust that sounds good so I can get rid of the tips.
