Default ls6 to fast 92

Going from a ls6 intake to a 92/92 setup. Can I just swap them out? Want to get intake on the car so I can sell the ls6 and tb. I've searched and have seen both answers. Any ideas?

Yes you can. You might need tuning to take advantage of the air flow. Are you going to change T-bodies. You should to a 90mm, and the MAF while your at it. The SLP 85 works good.

Nope, I ran mine for a year without a tune after the swap.

Picked up 22rwhp without a tune as well, but i stared with an ls2 intake.

fast don't make 92mm intakes any more, you'll have to find 1 used.you will need special button bolts for the cam valley cover plate .you can get them at fast.or you can buy a fast 102mm intake and use a 90/92 mm TB.

If you're thinking about swapping to 92/92 I'll say go ahead and do it, if you're thinking about 102/102 check out my thread and think again. I'm interested to see numbers before and after.

Have you ever had the car dyno'd with the ls6 intake? I'm on my phone can't see sig
