Default Oil pressure AND temperature gauge sensors into a LS1 Oil Cooler Block Off Plate?

I want to install an oil tempature and oil pressure guages. I plan on threading the 'oil cooler block off plate' above the oil filter for oil pressure. I wanted to know if it would be possible to add an adapter that would allow two sensor fittings(pressure & temp) into one that would then thread into the plate. Would the oil pressure reading remain accurate and would these connections be reliable. I want to retain the factory dash oil pressure guage and sensor.

Default

Won't matter on the oil pressure, but the temp probe needs to be in the stream. If you have room you could run a tee with the probe going lengthwise into the oil stream with the pressure tap on the side fitting.
