Default 2000 ss front spring rubs on control arm bolt

I bought my ss cpl years ago. It was already lowered with hotchkus spribgs all around on the original struts. I took tge tire off the other day and the driverside spring rubs the upper control arm nut.. it looks like the spring is on diffrent than the pass side. The pass side seems to be Flat on the back side and coils out about an inch to the front if that makes any sense.. if i could spin my driverside coil 180 degrees it would not rub but the way its seats in the mount i cant Anyone have this issue thanks for any help
