Default Vibration issues, any help appreciated

My motor has a vibration that comes in a little around 1500 RPM, stronger around 3000 and again around 4500 RPM. The flywheel/PP was checked for balance and it was good.
If it was the vibration damper/crank pulley would it get progressively worse as the RPM's rise?

I had the PCM programmed to basically start and run the car. The fuel maps were not changed. Could this cause the vibration? I am taking the PCM out today to send it to Frost to be re-programmed.

The motor has new poly mounts and a poly transaxle mount. The car is a Porsche 944.
Thanks, for any suggestions.
