Exclamation are 706s killing my cammed LQ4's potential?

i basically have a set of stock 706s (other than hardened pushrods and beehive springs) installed in my bolt-on LQ4.. i know they bumped my C.R to around 10.5:1 .. but are they restricting my engine's potential? what are some other heads that would help all around without breaking the bank? 243's?

thanks for your input..

243s or stock milled 317s would have been better than the 706s.
hell even stock 241s are better than the 706s. if the 706s are stock heads.
