Default oil consumption/pcv hose

So on the build of my ls motor i have managed to make a mistake on the routing of the pcv hoses and i am having a huge consumption of oil. I have no leaks, no smoke and the car runs great. Pulling the hoses off i found some standing oil on the pcv valve itself.

I have been searching for a solution and believe i am missing the pipe or hose that goes from the driver side vale cover to the passengerside valve cover and y's off to the tb. Right now i have the pcv valve straight to the port on the back of the intake which turns out to be the brake booster port. So this explains the oil comsumption i am seeing.

Where can i find this pipe?
