Default 4 cylinders missfire....HELP!

Friend has a 99' vette. He went to the track last night and on the 3rd pass the car nosed over and started skipping. He was spraying the car at the time. He was able to limp the car home. The car skips badly all the time but will run. He changed plugs, no change and started pulling plug wires one at a time, but there's no change when you pull all the passenger side wires. Getting NO spark what so ever on that side.

Any ideas?

TIA

I'd be looking at the common high side (IGN) power
feed to the coil packs, and the injector common
power.
