Default Throttle Body worth buying

I have a 98 Z28 with stock short block LS1 a MS3 cam and stock 243 heads with 1 3/4" LT headers and dual exhaust. It has stock ls6 intake, SLP Lid, SLP 85mm MAF, smooth bellow, 78mm Nitrous Outlet plate and a stock 75mm T/B. Am I going to see enough power increase going from 75mm to 80mm to make it worth spending the $200-$400 to upgrade to a 80mm T/B?

IMHO, no. Get your stock one ported by a reputable porter. Mark Shaner comes to mind....

I'm wanting to think he meant it's a stock LS6 intake, not "came from factory stock"

If not, you just busted the OP's bubble.....

No bubble burst!! I meant stock unported intake. If I would of meant came from factory I would of say stock LS1 intake.

I took my stock LS6 manifold and bolted up the 80mm BBK 80>75mm TB adapter to it (Stock LS6 inlet and TB size is 75mm). I ported the adapter and inlet to the LS6 out to the 80mm size. After that and polishing the BBK 80mm TB I picked up 1-2 MPH trap at the track.
