Default ftp104 lid and 100mm mas too big?

Hey guys I've searched and read Nd can't really seem to find a concrete answer. I just got a 104 ftp lid and a 100 mm lingenfelter maf. Are these too big for my bolt on car? Have ls6 intake, 80mm throttle body, full exhaust, SLP RAM air, and all the other normal bolt ons and free mods. It's a 99 camaro a4 with 3600 stall.

A total mis-match, IMO. An 80MM t/b is the flow controlling part of the system....

Subscribed. Put them on and dyno your car see if you gain any, I'm interested on the result. I heard tune is gonna be a bitch though.

Thanks for all the advice guys. Still not sure if I am gonna do it bow if wait for my heads and cam install in the winter. Tuning is too expensive to do twice lol.

It is too big for your combo but a proper tune will make it work just fine. You probably should have done the 98mm FTP air lid with an 85mm MAF. However, since you bought ia lready, wait to your heads and cam and get a tune for everything at the same time.

Yeah that's what I figured. I had planned on going with the 98mm but I hot a great deal on the 104 so couldn't pass it up.
