Default No spark after 4 year rebuild

So 4 years ago I ripper the motor, harness, and everything else and all out of the car. I just got around to rebuilding it and putting it all back together. Tried to crank it today with no spark. The ignition relay is good, the coil packs are getting voltage.

Many people say that there should be grounds on both the passenger and driver head. Mine only has grounds on the driver head? I did paint the engine bay so I thought the other grounds may be an issue but I read 12V from the battery to each ground.

The car is throwing P0335. Maybe the sensor is bad or it needs to relearn the position. We tried hooking HPtuners up but it was not an option to click "CASE learn". Do you need the license for this option?

Any other issues that could be causing no spark?

Definately a ground on the driver side....I'm pretty sure the pass side was just a wiring harness.

Are you getting a fuel pulse?
Check with a noid light plugged in to the harness at one of the injectors.

Yeah, now the problem is the computer keeps adding fuel no matter what we do with the tune. I'm not sure if the O2s can read fresh air cause its open header or what
