Ls6 intake mani swap car wont start

I have a 99 ls1 that i just swapped the intake manifold to ls6. The car sometimes starts but immediatly dies. When the key is turned again, it just cranks over but will not fire. Help Please!!!!!

definitely sounds like something is not plugged in,
brake booster hose, MAP, MAF, IAT, injectors, TPS if you are a C5?
