Finally Finished Dual 3" under axle mandrel exhaust
So after months of research and looking for a perfect exhaust shop I finally got it done. Roger's exhaust shop was the place to go after hearing about how bomb they mandrel bent exhaust setups were. The route I went was a dual 3" under the axle exhaust system simply because it has less bends and more even flow than an over the axle setup and there's no room for exhaust pipes above the axle. The parts I ended up using were dual 3" cherry bomb vortex mufflers, a magnaflow x-pipe, and an entire system setup by Sparky at Roger's Exhaust shop!
The entire setup
The forward merge + mounts
How the back end is setup
Clearance
Sound clip filmed on a potato
If you need an exhaust, these guys know what they're doing!
Thanks for siiiiick setup Sparky!

[QUOTE=99monguse;16394775]That exhaust would last about 2 days on our streets here in northeast OHIO![/QUOTE
Sho you right! i was gonna ask if there was clearence issues with the road. but i assume not. sweet setup, unique for sure... at least for me!

Exhaust looks ok....
A mandrel bent exhaust is just that,'bent' way to many welds in that set up to even use the word 'mandrel'
sorry just my o2, not the way we do a mandrel set up here.
There would be no welds from headers to X, no welds from X to flange, no welds from flange to muffler.
Vid gives the impression that it will be quite raspy in upper rev range.

I could have gotten a 100% Mandrel "BENT" exhaust, but the 3000 dollar price tag I got from spintech wasn't justified enough for the flow gains of a 100% bent exhaust over a welded one rofl.....
I don't mind it being raspy, though the muffler I chose sounds nothing like what it's supposed to.
