And also why is part # 28-1545HT for 184.99 so much more than part # 28-1545-S for 135.99? These are both the granatelli wires on ws6 stores website. What's the difference and which are most people using?

The 28-1545HTs are high temperature and are jacketed, as for protection from headers. The Jegs website shows both with pictures if you want to see the difference.

That may be the cheaper option in the long run - you don't want buy them twice.

You can also get kevlar sleeves from local parts stores in the performance section which cover the wires and protect any which may touch headers. This will be cheaper since you only have to buy for the ones with poor clearance.

Also the shields eventually burn through, so it gives you the ability to rotate them so a new section is touching.

Contact them directly. They were giving discounts to LS1tech members but that's been a while back. That's how I ended getting mine. I got the high temp versions w/ the sleeves.
