There are some very tight and difficult to get in to spots, but you gotta keep your wrench as straight as possible as well. My car was bone stock up until 2 months ago, and I did happen to break one header bolt. My car had 110,000 on it. Got lucky the head broke off the stud, and it stuck out like a 1/4" from the head and was easy to remove. But its easier to do than people like to admit. Just take your time, and be careful.

Aslong as your easy on the bolts and use WD you should be fine. Take your time. If u dnt have the time to do it right the 1st time. you will be doing it the second time around lol

soak them with pb blaster a few days prior to doing the install. it may be a good idea to use new bolts when installing the headers as well. and make SURE you're not cross-threading the bolts when you tighten them. it's easy to do because the holes on the header flange may not 100% lined up to the head so it'll feel like there's resistance. other than that, miliage isn't an issue.
