Issues after spark plug swap

Issues after spark plug swap
Hi Guys,
I'm having a bit of an issue after swapping spark plugs. I bought a car that was being set up for NOS so it had 4 degrees of timing pulled, air fuel mixture adjusted and TR6 spark plugs.
I had the car tuned and the timing and air fuel set to normal. And just today I swapped out the TR6 plugs for TR55s, and it is now running like a dog. Noticeable less power and not very responsive compared to before the swap.
My hands are cut up as it is and before I do another change I want to make sure its correct.
I left the gap at .055
These are the plugs I bought from Summit.
Any ideas?
Just bolt on Mods, SLP cold air, 80mm throttle body, intake, headers and full cat delete exhaust.

Let me rephrase. I have the following mods on a LS1 engine, what spark plugs should I move forward with.

SLP ceramic coated long tube headers
3" Magnaflow exhaust system w/ cat delete, ALL welded
SLP 25% underdrive pulley system
SLP 160deg thermostat
BBK 80mm throttle body
SLP "Flowpac" induction kit
