So I just recently installed pace setter long tubes and a full exhaust and cancelled out the cats and the rear o2s but didn't have a place to hook back up the egr system is there a way to by pass it or do I have to drill a new place to put the egr tubes???

you probably bought the "race" style headers. You can just delete the EGR.

So another question is why does it pop as in pop like backfire when ever I get on it. But all the spark plugs are good and everything else seems to be fine

Search !egr & !air threads on how to go about removing those systems.
You didn't mention what year the car was, so it may or may not have EGR.
2001-2002 did not, only AIR.

You may have cracked a plug or have a loose wire on the pop thing.
After removing those systems, you will also have to have the codes tuned out to eliminate any SES lights.

It's an 02. I checked all the spark plugs and made sure all the wires were on. I have 2 hoses that run around to the back of the intake that bolted onto the stock manifolds that are just pushing air out of them

Delete. Remove it all. Tune out the AIR system. Unless you have emissions testing.
