i have a an 80mm TB built like the BBK but got it at alot cheaper price. it has the simular design as well as the design flaw from what ive been told. if you have a stock motor and cam, its not as big of a deal but if you have a cam, you might have to drill the throttle blade since it doesnt have the idle hole like stock. its not such a big deal cause it has an adjustment screw for idle but you might have to drill it for cammed cars. ask tuners like Frost who know more about it. i have no idea about the size. DON NOT start drilling it if you dont have a hole. please ask the experts first for sizes if you absolutly have to drill a hole. Mines running just fine without it drilles but everyones car is alittle different.

I have an 80mm bbk, I also have a big cam. I just can't get this tbody to work. The TPS switch is not at the same angle as my stock one. Its rotated back a little. This causes my car to go into reduced power mode, and the idle gets stuck at 2000rpms. The idle screw at the bottom won't help me as it will only increase the idle more, not decrease. The TPS angle is my issue. I'm not going to drill out my TPS and try to make it work. I'm done with it, just ported and painted my stock one and will be reinstalling it in about an hour
