Default should I keep my fast 92 mm intake or step up too a 102?

I have a fast 92 that is ported and a ported 92 mm nw cable tb but im wondering if I should trade it off for a fast 102/102 set up b/c im building a 383 ls1 max effort stlye build built for a 250 shot off nitrous...has any one seen a differnce between the two fully ported on a 383 set up? Some one told me a 92 would be a better choice but I cant make up my mind any one who knows let me know post dynos off the two if you have compared them on a 383

Usually, I'm an advocate of the 102, but in this case, since you already have the 92, keep it and have it ported.

If you are going max effort, get the 102 and have it ported

His post says it is ported..

Your nick Williams tb is ported also??
I don't see anyone doing this. What gains are in porting it?
Doesnt seem that there's much room for improvement.

Imo spend your money elsewhere , everyone can have all the horse power in the world but getting it to the ground and hooked is what wins the races.

I agree, Keep what you have. BTW, you would get much for the 92/92 combo anyways.

The new 92/92 combo is only ~$1200....

A used would at best fetch $1,000 or less + invest extra into the 102mm.

I wouldnt do it.

Also on a side note...I agree what was stated...All the power in the world is useless if you can't stick it. I went to the track last Friday and got my azz whooped 12 out of 15 races. I have a potential mid 13 sec car and 14-15 second cars were beating me.
