Would everything work ok if you was to put all three grounds on the same bolt? Talking about the grounds for the driver side head. Thanks!

A ground is a ground is a ground. Mine has been like this before for ease of removal. You won't have any problems. Lord knows why GM decided to split them up

Yep, I did it the same way. Much easier to put them all on the same bolt.

Anyone have a pic of these grounds? My car started acting really goofy today and just quit. Has a lot of random codes. I reached back on the driver head and there's only one bolt, and feels like one wire hooked to it.

No, but they are big *** m10 ring terminals that come off the main wiring harness. They are located on that leg of the harness fairly close to one another. As mentioned, oe they are on two bolts. Mine (02) had three terminals, but it's my understanding some had only two.
