help ls1 in a rx7 wont start

Default help ls1 in a rx7 wont start
Ok i got fuel and the injectors are firing. Also got spark at the plugs still nothing cant get it started unknown reason ecu has power checked all that its an ls1 in an fc cammed just rebuilt the bottom end so i doubt there is no compression go to test thag tomarrow but what else could it be guys reallyp need to know. It just keeps crank never tries to start and itis grounded

How do you know that fuel is there? Do you smell raw fuel through the exhaust?
Is the crank position sensor attached?

check ignition relay and CPS...You have fuel and spark...stupid question do you have air?
