Default overheating

hows it going guys well when i do a lot of stop and go driving my car starts to over heat and pushes all of my coolant threw the overflow tank and now its doing it while highway driving i tried having it pressured tested at tow diff shops and it just pushes the water out of the filler neck and wont hold pressure now i ran the car at idle with the cap off and the over flow tank just keeps throwing coolant into the radiator and causing it to over flow even if i give it gas the while in neutral the water just starts gushing out of the radiator what do you guys think it could be.. and yes i changed the radiator cap already and the thermostat has about 3000 miles in it and its tuned for the 160 thermostat
