Default Fixed an exhaust leak and now I idle rough.

My drivers side collector where the y-pipe connects was leaking pretty bad. I fixed it last week and now my car idles rough. The idle issue started right when I fixed the leak. Are the two related? If so what can I do?

Have you checked all the intake plumbing for leaks.. maybe a spark plug boot not on all the way?
