naw does are not slp tip's, most likely if it does not have a brand on the muffler is stock or cheap. Most companies brand there stuff to market.

The tips kind of look like a style of Borla, but it would help if you had a pic or two of the rest of the exhaust.

You can put any brand of tips on any brand of catback, just FYI.

But that appears the have mufflers/resonators on each side before the tips.

The only catback that I know of that has a setup like that is SLP powerflo, but that's not what that is.

+1 for custom hackjob lol.

It's not. The SLP powerflow has "SLP" stamped in big, obvious, letters on all 3 mufflers. OP said he can't find a brand anywhere on it. Also, those mufflers at the back aren't quite the same shape as a powerflo, and OP's pictures have different hanger locations.

Those are definately Borla tips and I guess I'm missing something because I can't see enough of that exhaust to call it a hack job. If the guy had the scrill to buy Kooks headers I don't see him skimping out on the rest of the setup...

Looks like bullets with tips welded on. Is there a muffler you can grab a picture of? Need a better pic of the whole underside and rear.
