LSX work with stock/ported throttle body?

LSX work with stock/ported throttle body? I have about 800 bucks to spend and I would like to try one of these intakes since it has bosses for a direct port nitrous system already.

yep, you have a 99 so your tb will work witout modifying the cam on it.
fyi, the directport placement and first i thought was nice, but after the fuel rail and flexable lines, it was a mess.
