Default Heads milled, intake no longer fits...

So I had the stock 806's ported/milled down to 60cc by a reputable shop and now the intake will not sit down all the way. For lack of better terms the bushings surrounding the stock intake manifold bolts will no longer settle into their recesses in the heads because of the mill. Is this normal? What is the best way to go about this? I was considering grinding the outside of the bushings off to get it to sit down all the way but I wanted to post a question and see if anyone else has run into this issue, I am assuming that is the bushings are runing into clearance issues that the bolts will not line up either?

Depending on how much you had milled, you may have to have the intake milled to match. Milling alot off changes the angle of the mating surfaces. A good machine shop should be able to correct it.
