Default PCV help 2002 ws6

Hello.

I have a 2002 ws6 So today I did a intake gasket swap. After getting everything buttoned up I noticed the pvc had been pulled out of the valve cover. I cannot get my hands to the valve to reinstall it now. Are there any tips that would help me out? I would hate to have to pull the intake again just to get this back in. The hose almost seems to short to reinstall but doesnt seem to be cought on anything.

Thank you.

I'm guessing this is on the rear of the driver's valve cover?

I'd just pull the coil pack off myself. Hopefully it's only 4 bolts holding it on and you were smart enough to leave the 5th one on the rear off.

That will give you plenty of room to get back there and get it reconnected.

Just took off my drivers side coil packs, they are a bitch, but since you can't reach back there, maybe someone with smaller hands can, or remove the coil pack (and leave off the one in the back). Also I only have 3 bolts holding on my coil packs.

Stock there should be five, but someone has probably already been in there.

You don't need to remove the intake. I just replaced the whole pcv assembly on my friends 2001 SS with full emissions without removing the intake, but it was a pain
on the driverside rear.
