Default Coated vs Stainless steel

I'm looking to get some headers within the next 2 weeks. However I just wanted to get everybodys opinion's on coated and stainless steel. I've heard that coated doesn't rust out easily but also read differently and that stainless steel doesn't rust and does. Confusion?!

Stainless all the way. The coated headers have a habit of eventually chipping and the coating coming off. The stainless will stay nice and shiny.

I've never used either of those brands but if you do a search you will find some who love them and others who have had issues. Personally I love my TSP headers.

Kooks or American Racing. Although I've had issues with AR brand cat back setup not fitting their headers on two seperate instances with two seperate vehicles both sets had to be modified to work. They make nice headers tho!

Steinless Steel Kooks! They are worth it... They worked out perfect for me!

I also have friends running Hookers on their cars and trucks and they havent had any problems what so ever
