Header retrofit

What is needed to make 01 Ls1 headers fit into my 99 Ls1?

Is this possible?

2000+ air hoses hard lines, and block off EGR as the 2001-2002 headers don' thave the provisons for that, and the airhose are in a different location on 2000-2002 than on the 1998-1999 cars.
