Anyone know something solid on drive by cable conversion ?
Trying to see exactly how hard it would be to convert my 01 z06 to dbc so I can run a 4150-4500 throttle body? If there is any other way using my dbw I'm open ears, I have tried searching multiple forums but haven't had any solid info em pin out changing box delete etc thanks

The 01 should have a 411 ecu. It has the driver for IAC. You'll need to repin and have the ecu reprogrammed. LT1swap has info on this. Also note the change in the TCC disengage/CPP switch changes from DBW to cable.
Btw, Mast makes a DBW TB adapter to go on top of a carb manifold. Look at their "Old School" page.

See I was thinking about that just mounting my ls2 tb on top with a custom flange but wasn't sure on velocity etc when I asked mast about power velocity etc doing their setup he said he honestly doesn't know whatnot if there are any gains or losses . His exact words were " I do not know we have never dyno tested this on anything, it's mainly just for the old school look". To you know if I could just tube the tcc accordingly to make up for the changes needed. If you know or anyone else knows if there wouldn't be velocity issues I would be willing to try it
