Question Corsa Cat Back $$

Just curious

I found a Corsa RSC cat back with premium tips for $720. This is the cheapest price I've found online. Just wondering if this is a good price or is there somewhere with a better deal.

pretty damn pricey man...but you'll have that with corsa. Might as well buy a GMMG, thats what everyone seems to be raving about these days.

You can find it cheaper.... as mentioned above... for 700 shipped you can get GMMG and it sounds much better!

dont even think about going to anything else but CORSA.just got my car back from LIVERNOIS MOTORSPORTS and a couple of the mods they did where: kooks with high flow cats and CORSA EXHAUST with prem. tips. I also own a built 69 firebird 400 with headers and flowmaster#40"s and I tell you what, my 02 trans am sounds just as mean and wicked as my 69. no question about Its CORSA all the way, Its f##en awesome. oh and btw not one bit of RASP.!!

My mind is made up on the Corsa. I love the sound. I was just wondering if any of these sponsors could beat that price? The 720 was from More Performance.

I bought Kook Headers and Corsa exhaust with a Cut-out, it sounds cool, had many compliments at the last show. More Performance installed. May not be the cheapest but will give you the support. Good folks to deal with!!

Just a question... How do you justify $700+ on a couple bent pipes and a muffler?

the tips are pretty but get ready for problems. my corsa broke a total of four times! weld came apart at the I-pipe once and three times the muffler broke right at the connection of the I-pipe. so i ripped it off and going to go with a dynomouth with my Corsa tips. the dynmouth sounds sooo much better any who. i got a lot rasp with my lts between 2-3k. i just have a bullet on right now and people seem to love it casue ive gotten more compliments. go with GMMG if u really want to pay $700+ for a catbak.

Corsa is not worth it unless u want some $700 tips.

no doubt. you could put that towards a cam or something and really start to go fast.

Man...I'm all the way with you on this one. 700 bucks is outrageous when someone could get a Hooker catback and a complete cam package for nearly the same price.

IMO its the only nice sounding exhaust. I know alot of people have SLP loudmouth, and thats all it is, loud and obnoxious. And i love the tips. Also the way I see it, if you are worried about spending a little money then you are in the wrong hobby. Hell I've got about 10k into a 81 Malibu and am no where near done. Theres always something extra I want to do

I just wanted to know what makes it $700+ vs the $280 Hooker...... Both have an I pipe, both have a muffler and both have tips... I just dont see where the money if from but the name

BTW~ I have well over $10k in this car already

I just put mine on EBAY last night. Starting bid is $550.00 and it has the premium tips, less than 1200 miles on it. Lots of pictures on the auction site. Do a search for LS1 Corsa Exhaust if you are looking for one. By the way I have had no problems other than the heat shield rattle that I took care of myself, no qualitity issues. I want true duals w/LT headers

Corsa's Catback is overpriced IMO thats why I went with just their muffler to replace my SLP DD Muffler. Search on Ebay for Corsa and thats how I found mine. A tad over $200 brand new in the Corsa box. Longtubes w HF Cats @ Corsa produces a wonderful sound i've never heard another LS1 make. Very unique.

I got mine for $450 w/ about 2k miles on it. I bought it from a friend, so I guess you could say he hooked me up.

IMO, Corsa is the best sounding exhaust out there, especially w/ LT's. It is a bit pricey, but the sound and lack of resonation is unmatched. I wouldn't even think about changing to anything else.
