I purchased the parts to upate my engine to the newer pulley and bracket system based on TSB 00-06-01-008. It is clear how the alternator bracket (pt. # 12563327) installs, but my question is on how to install the double row idler pulley assembly (pt. # 12563326).

The double row pulley came with a bolt and two washers/spacers. Does anyone have a picture of how that part installs?

I have searched online but I don't have a service manual. Hopefully, someone has run into this problem before.
