Default Where to put?

I just got my headers, ORYP and the bullet muffler in today. My question is: where is the best spot to put the bullet muffler to quiet the system down and keep the rasp out. I have the SLP LM by the way. thanx alot.

Replace the LM resenator with the bullet. Should quiet it down considerably.

Would I have a less chance of getting messed with by the cops? That's my primary concern.

With LT's and ORY any setup is going to be pretty loud. Your best bet if your shooting for a quiet exhaust would be go with a dual dual setup. In my town cops really dont care but I dont know about yours. Drive around a few days and see if they give u any hell about it.

Yeah just cut the SLP resonator off and weld in the bullet. You can also replace the resonator with a BORLA XR1 round muffler; it will reduce the rasp more then the traditional bullet will and be a bit quieter, but not much quieter. I would agree with FATZ28...if you want great exhaust flow and be fairly quiet get the SLP Dual Dual exhaust. If you go with the SLP DD you could get a QTP powercutout for more flow when needed and noise isn't a concern, like when you're at the track.
