Kooks True Duals Soundclip
Started up the Formula and rolled it out of storage since it was 45 and sunny today! Decided to take a cold start video and a warmed up rev video...this was taken with a galaxy s3 phone, so it doesn't capture the true bass of this exhaust.
Kooks 1 7/8" longtubes, true dual, no cats, dual/dual tips.
Cold start:
Rev to 3500 or so after warming up for about 10-15 minutes
Sorry for the utter lack of light, I work too much and am never home. Drive by videos as soon as the salt is gone on the roads!

It doesn't sound bad. Much too loud for my taste, but I find the tone nicer than a Y-pipe setup. What size is your engine, 347ci? And any other mods that would have an impact on the tone? Also, would you be able to share a picture of your dual/dual tips? I too have a Formula and am very interested in seeing how my car will end up looking like.

No pics yet, but I can get some.
Anyone in Maine wants to hear it in person, just shoot me a message. I'm right on the Maine, NH border....like 20 minutes from Mass.

The engine is 100% stock with 95k miles....valve covers have never been off.

Well guys, I finally got the PCM back in the car and took it out for a spin.
This car is LOUD, I would say louder than LTs, ORY, and a dynomax bullet muffler. It is much louder than LTs, ORY, and a Flowmaster 10. The sound is much different. Much deeper and full, rather than raspy.
The drone is also quite loud in this car and the poly trans mount really helps to vibrate everything.
I love it, car pulls hard all over the RPMs and make some serious noise. Pictures and hopefully a driveby clip once I can wash and wax the car again.

I have 2 weeks on my Kooks TD setup, with the HF cats, and I am totally in love with this car again. My previous setup was Kooks 1-7/8 LT's into Kooks Y-pipe and Magnaflow CB. There's no comparison! When you get on it the sound is pure-cut cocaine to my ears, plus it looks so much better than my old setup. Throttle response at all RPM's is considerably better. I'll be taking it in for a retune soon, but, man, I feel it was worth every single penny I spent on it.
