gains to be had from free ram air to real ram air? I currently have the free ram air mod. If I pick up a SSRA or chrs1313 am I going to gain any rwhp? I want to order it, just have to be sure its worth it.
my car is currenlty 1 7/8 headers, ory, magnamouth, udp, slp lid, ported TB, and custom 231/235 cam. havent picked it up yet, but i have some extra money, and I want to pick up some more power mods.

Yes you will pick up...the free ram air really doesn't do much of anything at all...
For reference a buddy put on my ac version ram air who had free ram air before and picked up 1.5mph and dropped .18 ET on a stock internal car...with more mods or the non ac version ram air the gains will be more...
DA conditions were taken into account for the test so it is a good A-B comparison
