Default Borlamouth question

Hey guys im looking into getting the borla xr1 muffler. I have long tubes and catted y and lm1 and im getting tired of the rasp and would like some kind of tone. My questions is if I swap the lm1 resonator out for the borla xr1 would I have to get it welded or could I just clamp it on? Im guessing I would need the 3 inch one. Id prefer NOT to weld. Any info would be greatly apprciated.

Here's the one I was looking at http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...ng-muffler-3-/

Ok, im hopin it can be clamped. Buddy of mine got the magnaflow resonator and it had to be welded in, that's the only reason im asking.
