No the Mac ORY will not fit to stock headers...they have different bolt patterns in the flange, and also the Mid-Length headers come down further than stock.

MAC makes a ORY that bolts up to 98-99 manifolds. I'm pretty sure it is 2 1/2 inch though, not 3 inch. It is made to fit the stock I pipe so it would fit the loudmouth also. It will sound raspy. They sell for around $200 new but you can pick them up used for around $100.
