Default 2?? About Kooks 2" headers Vs. 1 7/8, and....

1. I have been looking at headers now for a bit, and i came across these kooks 2" LTs.. am i gonna get any benefit out of these vs. other 1 7/8" if im only planning for goal of 450 hp on my car.

2. Are most guys going with all stainless exhausts when they are building a custom true dual setup, or are they running a cheaper steel to build there exhaust? I don't see much benefit for me being my car is grauge kept and i wash it like twice a week.

nope 2" wont benefit you over the 1-7/8 unless your making huge power. just go with a nice set of 1-7/8

I agree, the 2" headers would be too much for just boltons.

Aluminized will rust. My car is garage kept, only driven on nice days, stored in the winter with 18k miles and parked on carpet. When I switched over to TD's my old y-pipe had surface rust all over it. Just depends on your budget.
