Default Replacing front o2 sensors on a stock 01 trans am?

I'm trying to replace my front o2 sensors on my 01 trans am and there doesn't appear to be enough room. Also on the driver's side it appears like the steering shaft is in the way. Is there a special way to change these? Any advice would be appreciated.

02 sensor socket, penetrating fluid and some swearing should get them out without a problem.
